Tai chi is an ancient Chinese exercise system that incorporates slow, focused movements and deep breathing to help reduce pain, calm the mind, strengthen the body and improve balance. No experience necessary and postures can be modified based on an individual's needs and abilities. Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothes.
