It is a creative way to help you evaluate your progress with your priorities. This three week series is meant to help you explore methods in bullet journaling, and help you practice a few as well! Bullet journaling also is useful in improving memory and exercising the mind to keep it.
Sleep, the reset button for our mind and body. This three-week class is designed to help you create a sleep plan to optimize self-care. You will learn the importance of sleep, how to achieve restful sleep, and the science behind sleep and how to prepare the body & mind for a restful night.
During these difficult times, it is important to stay positive. When surveyed about what people most desire, often highest on the list was happiness. In this three part series, you will learn how to discover what happiness is for you; techniques toward self-discovery and, learn about habits of people who choose happiness.

It is recommended that each part be taken in order.
Staying motivated with exercise can be a difficult thing, especially when there are so many challenges in going to more public places to work out, such as the gym. This class helps us to look at new perspectives in working out -- how to make time, how to change the ways we think about exercise, and how to truly enjoy movement vs dreading a calorie burning session. We should be able to look forward to moving around and being active. There are many ways to move our bodies -- no matter what is going on in the outside world.
