Setting boundaries is part of self-care and it turns out that in Minnesota, learning how to set boundaries is the number google search for working on self-care! How can one learn to set boundaries? In these sessions, participants will first identify values and priorities in order to set boundaries. Secondly, obstacles that hold one back from making changes will be explored. Finally, participants will learn how to communicate setting a boundary using non-violent communication skills and, consider what the possible consequences may be to setting up a boundary.
