This mindful eating program is based on the work of Dr. Michelle May, author of Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat. This eight-week workshop is designed to help individuals change their relationship with food forever as they learn to take charge of eating habits and change their mindset towards food and physical activity. For benefit eligible Allina employees the cost is $50* if course is completed. Please contact wellness@allina.com to get the discount code before registering. You must have your employee ID number available. This program is facilitated by the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. *For benefit eligible employees and medical-enrolled spouses and adult dependents meeting completion requirements (attendance at 7 out of 8 live sessions).
