Audience: Employees that interface with patients, families, and other staff. Content: Personal Growth Self-awareness is key to effectively working with others. Self-awareness also opens up space within as it reduces stress and anxiety. The space helps us to be more creative, imaginative, and feel more alive. The Enneagram is a centuries old tool that helps us understand our personality type, helps us understand why and when we are stressed, and gives us clues in how to learn and grow.

Audience: Front line caregivers Content: Personal Growth One of my surprise learnings early in ministry was that the # 1 reason why missionaries quit is that they can't get along with other missionaries. Say what? Throughout my career I've observed that how we manage conflict is one of the greatest factors in determining our job satisfaction. The purpose then of this session is to learn some new perspectives on conflict: why it exists, how to stay grounded and curious when experiencing conflict, and how to find positive outcomes.

Audience: All care-givers Content: Personal Growth All caregivers carry their own wounds. When those wounds find adequate healing, they transform from being constraints to our compassion toward others and vocational vitality, to deep gifts for connection and shared humanity. We can become "wounded healers." The path to healing our wounds begins with growing in self-compassion. This class utilizes the Internal Family Systems model as a tool for this growth.
