Makes 1 jar
1 Scoop Chocolate protein powder
3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Cup Plant Based Milk
Garnish Optional-
Yogurt
Fresh Berries
Granola
Nuts and seeds
In a jar combine protein powder, chia seeds, milk and syrup. Mix well and shake. Store overnight in the fridge and top with yogurt, and fresh berries.
Stores in the fridge for up to 4 days. Makes a great breakfast or snack.
