About Creator
Marie joined the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing's Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching team after providing health and wellness coaching in the insurance industry and with independent clients. She is a certified health and wellness coach through Wellcoaches and the Real Balance Health Coaching program and has a master's degree in health and physical education. Marie's background includes over twenty years of rehabilitative patient care, teaching, and athletic coaching. She specializes in a collaborative journey with her clients to help them discover strengths, purpose, courage and motivation to change. Marie's strength lies within her ability to be authentic with each client and to help them to see possibilities for change. Her coaching includes focus on: weight loss, fitness, health management, healthy eating, stress management, work/life balance and personal growth.
