This six-week lifestyle series will reinforce why wellness and prevention are so important, and help you find the motivation you need to lead a happy and healthy life. Each week, an Integrative Health and Wellness professional from Penny George Institute for Health and Healing will cover one of the following topics: Wellness and Prevention for Your Best Life, Motivation Matters, Fitness for Every Body, Healthy Nutrition, Happiness Boosters, and Restoring Body and Mind.

Instructions for Successfully Completing a Be Fit Reasonable Alternative e-Learning Certification:

About Creator
Barb has been providing health and wellness coaching at the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing for two years. She is an integrative health and wellness coach and a registered dietitian nutritionist. Barb has certificates of training in weight management for adults, adolescents and children, as well as advanced training in facilitation. Her past experience includes working in hospitals, clinics and in business. She blends her nutrition experience with coaching principles, offering her clients an integrative approach that focuses on the whole person.
