Tai Chi Virtual Class
This eight-week course of Tai Chi teaches smooth, soft and gentle movements that are meditation in motion. Tai Chi is a gentle form of mind-body movement that promotes relaxation, balance, strength, postural alignment, natural breathing and pain reduction. Movements are done in a
standing position and can be modified for being seated. Classes also include mild warm ups with breathing and posture exercises.

I support patients with cancer at all stages using acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Addressing side effects caused by chemotherapy, radiation and surgery including pain, neuropathy, nausea and digestive issues.
I am passionate about integrative care, patient education and empowerment. I am a Licensed Acupuncturist by the Board of Medical Practice in the state of Minnesota, certified by the NCCAOM in Oriental Medicine, and completed my Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Northwestern Health Sciences University.
My personal interests include studying Tai Chi and related health practices and I enjoy sharing core concepts with patients.
