About This Class
Bullet journaling is a fulfilling way to organize your life, track elements of health and wellness, and commit goals and dreams to paper. It is a creative way to help you evaluate your progress with your priorities. This three week series is meant to help you explore methods in bullet journaling, and help you practice a few as well! Bullet journaling also is useful in improving memory and exercising the mind to keep it.

About Creator
Karina DiLuzio is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. She enjoys partnering with her clients as they seek sustainable healthy lifestyle changes in a wide variety of health and life balance areas. Karina enjoys the opportunity to blend her background in both tobacco cessation and coaching to assist clients who are pursuing tobacco cessation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, and is certified as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist by both Mayo Clinic and the National Association for Alcohol and Drug Counselors. She is in her fourteenth year in the health care field, and helped develop the inpatient tobacco program at Allina Health.
