Come check out how to make this powerhouse, quick and easy snack using a can of sardines! Sardines are loaded with omegas, good fats and protein. This is a quick and absolutely delicious way to enjoy them!

1 can of sardines in oil
2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp Lemon zest
1 Tbsp capers
¼ cup cherry tomatoes chopped
A pinch of salt and pepper
Dashes of hot sauce optional
A sprinkle of Shredded cheese or breadcrumbs
Add all the ingredients into an oven safe dish. Mix together.
Top with breadcrumbs and broil for 2-3 minutes on high until crunchy and brown on top.
Remove and eat by itself or with crackers
