Try these tasty, flavor packed, high protein salmon cakes. These are great as an appetizer, breakfast or eat them for a meal!

1 Cup Almond Flour
1 Egg beaten
12 Oz Canned Salmon
¼ Cup Grated Carrot
2 Tbsp Cilantro
2 Green Onions
1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp Sriracha
½ Tsp Salt and Pepper
1 Cup Mayo
1-2 Tbsp Sriracha
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
Garnish
Sliced Cucumbers
Grated Carrots
Red Bell Pepper Sliced
Purple Cabbage Sliced
Remove salmon from can and mash into a large bowl.
Add in 1 cup almond meal, carrot, egg, cilantro, green onions, coconut aminos, hoisin and sambal. Mix together.
Form cakes and optional to roll in additional almond flour.
Heat a skillet to medium high heat.
Add in avocado oil to coat the pan.
Add in the salmon cakes and cook on both sides for 5-6 minutes. Flipping when browned on one side.
Meanwhile, make spicy mayo by adding it all ingredients in bowl and mixing it.
Chop vegetables for garnish.
Remove cakes when done and garnish with spicy mayo and vegetables.
