Take Action Program for Weight Management is a highly successful 12-week program for people who want to lose weight and keep it off. The program combines a personalized fitness profile with a body composition measurement, personal exercise training session, nutrition consultation with a resting metabolism measurement and an integrative health and wellness coaching session.
