1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Chili oil or crunch
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
¼ tsp sugar
1 clove Garlic minced
1 minced green onion
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Slice cucumber and put it in a bowl or container with lid.
Add all your ingredients and shake vigorously until well mixed.
Enjoy!
